This unique and bespoke one to one class in The Yoga Barn, is tailor made to your individual needs. Connecting breath, movement and mindfulness. Using chakra healing to get into your deepest emotional layers Creating space, flexibility and strength in your body. Calmness of your mind and letting go of all that you have been holding on to. This is an incredibly powerful practice that goes beyond other forms of exercise.

Cancellation Policy

All payments must be made online, and paid in full, at the time of booking. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise charges will be incurred. Failure to turn up to the appointment will incur full cancellation fee.
