THE INSPIRED YOGI
At INSPIRE Health and Wellbeing, I truly believe that we can heal ourselves through the power of Nature and Nurture. Using a wholly holistic approach.
My classes are a fusion of ~
deep breath work, to decrease stress, reduce high blood pressure and improve lung function.
Vinyasa yoga, consciously linking the breath to the fluid movement and strong Asana poses, allowing for improved mobility and flexibity in a non impactful way.
Guided meditation to allow the cells of the body to fully absorb the practice and to allow the body to rest in order to promote healing.
I am an advocate of only consuming foods that serve your body well, therefore I encourage a healthy and nutrient rich diet. I am gluten, lactose and refined sugar free and I offer many simple healthy recipe ideas to take you forward on a journey of transformation.
